About Joe Kimball
Stability Integrity Priorities Leadership
Home finance is one of your family's most important financial decisions. As "Certified Mortgage Planner" and a “Credit and Debt Management Specialist” my commitment is to provide professional advice and guidance to integrate your mortgage into your short-term and long-term financial plans while controlling debt. More than 20 years of experience have gone into my goal of helping you to strategically manage your equity to increase liquidity, safety, and rate of return while maximizing the tax advantages of home ownership. Whether structuring a purchase or refinance, managing credit and debt, cash-out for home improvements, college tuition or investments, I understand the implications of mortgage planning for your future. I started in the mortgage industry in 1986. I have experience with savings and loans, mortgage banking and mortgage brokering and understand the advantages and disadvantages of each. I came to Guild Mortgage Company in August of 2007 after ten years with my previous employer. I credit my longevity to a customer-centered business approach and to providing a wide range of options for my clients, backed up by high levels of service and integrity. I studied Business Administration at California State University Long Beach, have a certificate in Real Estate Finance from University of California Irvine, studied Organizational Leadership at Biola University and have several financial industry certifications. I have been married to my wife Carol since 1979 and have lived in California since 1958. |
